Creamy Southwest Soup Mix

Wildwood Specialty Foods 7oz Creamy Southwest With Cheddar Cheese Soup Mix

You Will Need: 

- 5 cups water

Directions: 

- Bring liquid to a boil in a large 4 quart soup pot. Whisk contents of package into boiling water. Continue to whisk until mixture returns to a boil. Boil rapidly for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low, simmer & bubble for 25 minutes, stirring frequently. Salt & pepper to taste. Enjoy! 

Serve with corn bread, tortilla chips, wedges of lime, diced avocado, shredded cheese, salsa or a dollop of sour cream. Serve it on the side with chicken quesadillas, nachos, taco salad, shredded beef sandwhiches or add leftover chicken or taco meat to create a main dish!
