Classic Corn Chowder Soup Mix

Wildwood Specialty Foods 6oz Classic Corn Chowder Soup Mix 

You Will Need: 

- 2 White Potatoes (about 3 cups) 

- 6 cups Chicken Broth

- 2 cups Heavy Cream

Directions: 

- Peel and dice potatoes and place in a 4 quart pot. Add chicken broth and bring to just a boil. Add soup mix and simmer covered for 25 minutes. Add cream and heat uncovered on low for about 15 minutes. Salt & pepper to taste. Enjoy! 

This soup can be made the day before. Add the cream when reheating just prior to serving!
