Beer Cheese Soup Mix

Wildwood Specialty Foods 7oz Beer Cheese Soup Mix 

You Will Need: 

- 3 Cups Water

- 12oz Bottle or 1 1/2 cups of your favorite beer

Directions: 

Bring water to a boil in a large 4 quart soup pot. Slowly whisk contents of package into boiling water. Add beer and return to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer & bubble for 15 minutes while stirring frequently. Salt & pepper to taste. Enjoy! 

Sprinkle with a dash of cayenne pepper, or, add a drop of hot sauce. Top with crushed pretzels or popcorn!
